Cuando te entrenas a ti mismo a ser positivamente orientado, te estás dando a ti mismo una zona libre de resistencia todo el día, todos los días.
Estás libre de resistencia cuando estás durmiendo.
Estás libre de resistencia cuando estás meditando.
Estás libre de resistencia cuando estás disfrutando.
Estás libre de resistencia cuando estás dando cumplidos.
Estás libre de resistencia cuando estás APRECIANDO.
Estás libre de resistencia porque eliges señalar tus pensamientos en la dirección de lo que se SIENTE BIEN.

It’s time for you to start deciding how you feel in your body, and how long you’ll be in your body, and how you feel as long as you are in your body. And leave the peanut gallery out of it because they don’t know. They are basing their expectations about you on their disconnected approach.

The doctors are not known to be those that hang around with the healthiest parts of your society. They hang around with the most unhealthy parts of society. They’ve got all the disconnected ones coming to see them, and they gather the statistics about how you should be as a population, based upon the most disconnected of people. (Don’t you find that interesting?)

“Oh, let me see. I will just see those who don’t let the Energy flow. And then I will explain to everyone, whether they let the Energy flow or not, how they’re probably going to turn up.” And we say, where’s the logic in that? That’s utterly illogical. They do not know. And you, for awhile, have been buying into it, but you’ve been rebelling. There’s been a strong part of you that knows it does not have to be that way. And we’re saying to you, it does not have to be that way. You can have a renewal every time you rest. In fact, do you know what your slumber is about? It’s not about resting your body. Your bodies are resting while you’re sitting here.

Sleeping rests your vibration. It rests your resistance. It holds your physical body in a state without your active mind contradicting the Life Force. Meditation, same sort of thing.

Can you imagine, when you train yourself to be positively oriented, now, instead of just getting whatever resistance-free zone that you give it while you’re sleeping, you’re giving it a resistance free zone all day, every day. You’re resistance-free while you’re sleeping. You’re resistance-free while you’re meditating. You’re resistance-free while you’re basking. You’re resistance-free while you’re complimenting. You’re resistance-free while you’re appreciating. You’re resistance-free because you choose to point your thoughts in the directions of what feels good.

Oh, people will marvel at you. But don’t do it for them, because any time you do something so that someone else will look at you, now, you have the curse of them having to see you through their lens, which is always distorted. So, if we were standing in your physical shoes, and anyone said anything about how you’re doing, whether it was positive or negative, smile at them and say, “Thank you very much, but your opinion doesn’t matter at all to me.” (Fun!) And they say, “No wait, I’m giving you a compliment.” And you say, “Yes, but if I get hooked on your compliment, then when your other thing comes, then I’ll be hooked on it, too. So, I’d just as soon leave you and what you think of me out of my equation. Which means, I don’t enter into competitions where somebody runs faster. I don’t enter into competitions where I’m measured. I do not put myself in a place where I run the risk of pointing upstream because of what’s happened. I only put myself in the position where I always turn downstream.”
