Siempre que tenga molestias físicas de cualquier tipo, ya sea las llames emocionales o dolor físico dentro de tu cuerpo, siempre, siempre significa lo mismo: 
"Tengo un deseo que está convocando Energía, pero tengo la creencia de que no está PERMITIDO así que he creado resistencia en mi cuerpo." 
La solución, cada vez, para la liberación de incomodidad o dolor - es la relajación y el alcanzar el sentimiento de Alivio.
